CONEXPO‑CON/AGG takes place at the following times:

  • Tuesday, March 3: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday, March 4: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

CONEXPO-CON/AGG is located at the Las Vegas Convention Center - 3150 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Be aware if you plan to arrive via ride-share service or taxi, there are different locations you may be taken to, so it’s important to know how to correctly indicate where you’d like to go. Please refer to the Transportation Guide on our website for more specifics.

Please note that the pick-up & drop-off locations for Uber and Lyft and taxis can be different, so be sure to pay attention to that.

Wi‑Fi Access
Attendees can connect to the public Wi‑Fi available throughout the show grounds. This network is provided by the City of Las Vegas and does not require a password.

Please note: There is no password‑protected or private Wi‑Fi available for attendees.

First aid stations are available at the following locations on the show grounds:

  • Festival Lot: In the southwest portion of the lot, west of the Community Zone
  • Grand Lobby: Across from Central Hall in the security office
  • Grand Lobby: In northwest area near North Hall 2
  • South Hall: First floor west lobby
  • West Hall: First level near Food Hall and Keynote Stage
  • Platinum Lot: East side of lot near Registration Tent

CONEXPO-CON/AGG Overview Map

  • Exhibits and meeting rooms are accessible to visitors with disabilities. Meeting rooms located on the second level of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) can be accessed by elevators in the lobbies.
  • The most commonly requested accommodation is a mobility device, such as a wheelchair or motorized scooter. You can reserve these devices prior to show days by contacting ScootAround at 888-441-7575 or online at scootaround.con/en. Pick-up and drop-off is located within the Registration tents in Festival Grounds, Blue Lot, Platinum Lot, or in West Hall, room 101. An additional charging station is located in Silver Lot 3, near the Beer Garden.
  • For additional accommodation information, such as transportation options, ASL interpreters, visual guides, audio device options:

There are three Mother’s Rooms on the show grounds.

Lost items at the Las Vegas Convention Center can be claimed or turned in at the Show Management Office in North Hall 2nd floor, room 243. The Show Management Office can be reached at 414-272-0943.

Lost items at the Festival Grounds can be claimed or turned in at the Service Desk trailer in the northwest corner of the grounds.

Items that were lost on shuttle buses will be at the shuttle counters at the hub locations in Diamond Lot, Blue Lot, Platinum Lot, and Festival Lot.

The Community Zone is located in the Festival Grounds near the main Food Court.

The Community Zone is open and free to all show attendees, no tickets required! This is a space where you can relax and regroup and get ready for what’s next to see, as well as a space to network with industry peers.

The Ground Breakers Keynote Stage is a bold new spotlight on the companies and innovations redefining what’s next in construction. The Ground Breakers Stage is located in West Hall 109-110 and will transform into a high-energy forum where top leaders and leading brands will unveil the ideas that will shape tomorrow’s jobsite.

There are three show merchandise stores on-site!

  • Grand Lobby (GL21300) – Across from the food court.
  • Community Zone, Festival Grounds (F1000) – Next to the Food & Beer Garden.
  • Platinum Lot – next to the Southwest Concessions

Located on the North Hall, 2nd Level Balcony, near rooms N252 - N264

The official CONEXPO‑CON/AGG beer this year is a new Hazy IPA with tropical flavors, available for purchase in the food court at the Festival Grounds throughout the week. The Quarry Crusher beer from the last show will also be available, so attendees can enjoy both beers during the show.

To vote: visit the booths of the finalists to see their product or service and scan the voting QR code located at their booth. Voting closes on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at 5 p.m.

Transportation

There are multiple ways you can get to and from the show grounds, including free hotel shuttles, ride-share services, and the monorail (additional cost required)

The innovative underground transportation system is free to show attendees and provides rides in Tesla vehicles under the LVCC grounds with stops at:

  • Silver Lot
  • South Hall
  • West Hall

Look out for signage onsite at the above to be directed to the Las Vegas Loop. Resorts World, Westgate, and Encore for an additional fee.

If you have not registered in advance online, full-service registration locations can accommodate you. Please visit one of the locations below, be sure you have a valid photo ID to register.

View Badge Pickup Locations

Airport badge pick-up locations will be just past baggage claim in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 (domestic and international).

In more detail, Terminal 1 is across from the Starbucks and near the bank of elevators/escalators to go to rideshare. Then Terminal 3 both are right after you leave the baggage claim area.

You can pick-up your attendee show badge at the following locations + times. Be sure you are pre-registered & have a valid photo I.D. to be able to pick-up your badge.

Yes, you will need your show badge before entering the show. The QR code allows our team to print you your show badge, either at one of these locations pre-show or upon showing up on the show grounds during the week. It is faster to pick it up at one of these locations ahead of time.

Yes, you are still able to upgrade your badge package if you’d like. You will be charged for the additional non-discounted cost of the package you are upgrading to. Please visit one of our full-service helpdesks for assistance. Locations are below.

“Premium” and “Premium Plus” badge holders have access to all education sessions, with no additional cost required. Education session packages are listed on the back of every badge.

Certain sessions are being recorded and will be available for post-show viewing for attendees that purchased the “Premium Plus” badge option. If you purchased this package, you will be notified post-show when recordings are live.

We do not have a list of which sessions are being recorded/not recorded, as this is up to the session speakers.

International

The International Trade Center (ITC) is located on the 2nd floor of North Hall, right above the Grand Lobby.

The International Trade Center offers our attendees and exhibitors the opportunity to meet and network with industry peers from around the world.
