Exhibitor Access Before and After Show Days
Installation and Dismantling (I&D) Wristbands Required
Access to the show floor before and after show days (March 3-7) requires an official Installation & Dismantling (I&D) wristband. Exhibitor badges are not valid before or after show days.
Please note that Monday, March 3—the day before show opens—is still considered an Installation Day, and I&D wristbands are the only accepted credential for show floor access on that day.
Wristbands are free and may be obtained in one of the following ways:
- Through your company's designated wristband pick-up contacts
- At an I&D check-in desk on Monday, if you arrive early with your exhibitor badge for verification
All exhibitor staff working during installation or dismantling must wear a wristband at all times while on the show floor. Plan accordingly to ensure uninterrupted access during move-in and move-out.

Please be aware that some companies may attempt to solicit sales of attendee lists for the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 show. These companies are not authorized by show management and may provide false information regarding attendee data. Show management does not engage in any selling or sharing of attendee registration data and if you are contacted by any organization offering an attendee list, please report this activity immediately to the FTC: ReportFraud.FTC.gov

Promote your presence at the show by offering these discount codes to your customers. Exhibitors can share the discount in three different ways:
- Embedded Promo Code Link: Share the link with the promo code embedded. When you access the registration page, navigate to "Manage Invited Guests and Dealers" to copy the links.
- Direct Promo Code: Share the promo code directly, which will be displayed in your profile in the Exhibitor Resource Center. Attendees can enter this code in the promo code field during registration.
- Marketing Kit Resources: These promo codes are also available in the free resources provided in the Marketing Kit.
