Festival Grounds Site Visit, June 20 or 21

The Las Vegas Festival Grounds is the latest addition to the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 footprint and replaces the lost space in Gold Lot due to construction. We are scheduling an official site visit so exhibitors impacted by this change can walk the grounds, view an initial floorplan and ask questions before the priority exhibit space deadline of August 15.

Tours of the Festival Grounds will run every hour starting at 9:00 a.m. and the last at 4:00 p.m. on June 20th and June 21st. Exhibitor check-in and tours will start at the Circus Circus Hotel, 2880 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89109.

The site visits will provide flexibility for companies wishing to meet with show staff, service vendors or conduct additional planning while in Las Vegas. We recommend you allow for 1-2 hours (or longer) for your Festival Grounds visit.

Priority Hotel Request Site to Open September 24, 2018

Don’t miss out on your chance to participate in the priority exhibitor housing process for CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020. This process enables you to request rooms at prime Las Vegas hotels prior to the opening of general exhibitor and attendee housing.

All exhibiting companies who submit an exhibit space application and the 25% deposit by the priority deadline of August 15, 2018, are eligible to participate in Priority Housing:

  • Housing requests accepted until November 26, 2018
  • Requests assigned in accordance with the same priority number used in the allocation of exhibit space
  • Hotel assignment notifications sent in late January, 2019

Exhibit Space Sales OPEN

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2020 exhibit space sales are now open! On May 7, an email was sent to the primary tradeshow contact within your organization informing you of the rates, deadlines and instructions to apply for exhibit space. Remember to get your application in before August 15, 2018, to receive your priority space number and participate in the priority space draw.
