Official Letters of Invitation

*In order to receive your Visa letter, you must first register and pay the registration fee when registration opens July 18.

*Visa letters will be emailed free of charge after your paid registration. If you require a mailed copy, there will be a $50 USD non-refundable administrative fee per registrant.

When you register, please have the following information:

  • Full contact information (business address, email, phone)

  • Product interests
  • Credit card number
  • Education and training interests (additional fees may apply)
  • If requesting a Visa Letter, provide your date of birth

Payment method: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). After your payment is accepted, you will be taken to a summary screen of your personal information. Click “View Visa Letter” to open a PDF of your invitation. Print the invitation immediately and save for your U.S. Visa Interview.

REMINDER: Invitation letters are not required for the U.S. visa application. Make sure to print your registration confirmation to validate that you are registered. Providing proof of hotel and airline reservation will also help authenticate your U.S. visa application.

Interpreters

Interpreters will be available for assistance within the ITC area, typically in the following languages: Spanish, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, German, Japanese, Korean, French, and Italian. There is a 2 hour per day time limit on both the private meeting rooms and the interpreters.

The U.S. Commercial Service specialists, in partnership with Show Management, will provide a range of complimentary services in the International Trade Center for international delegates and U.S. exhibitors to facilitate their business matchmaking prospects.

Showtime Program for U.S. exhibitors to meet individually with U.S. Commercial Service market specialists and learn about export opportunities and market entry strategies in their respective markets.  

Free onsite business matchmaking services to facilitate interaction and business prospects between exhibitors and international visitors.

Export counseling assistance, including discussion of best export markets, tariff and regulatory issues, and the U.S. Department of Commerce export programs.

One-on-one U.S. export financing counseling by representatives of the Export-Import Bank of the United States on financing assistance programs for sales of U.S. goods and services to international buyers.

Export Interest Directory, which is a free directory of the U.S. exhibitors interested in direct sales, distributorships, joint ventures and other business opportunities in specific overseas markets

CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017 has been selected by the U.S. Department of Commerce for the International Buyer Program. U.S. Commercial Service posts around the world will lead official buyer delegations of contractors, end-users, and distributors to the show, making it easier for you to travel from your home country. In addition, Show Management partners with industry groups and other organizations to bring industry professionals together from around the world to CONEXPO-CON/AGG.
