The show is over; I have my leads; what is the best practice to use when following up with potential customer?

How can I get access to the Education Sessions I was unable to attend?
You can purchase access to the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Education Sessions on a USB (video and audio) through online registration. The cost is $395 for 130+ unique session recordings and is separate from the all session pass. You can also purchase the recordings by topical tracks at $150 per USB. The USB will be mailed 8 weeks post show.
I can’t find my badge-pack registration receipt for my expense account so who should I contact?
All registrants should have received a confirmation for your registration that will also show the amount paid and the last four digits of the credit card used. If you registered at the show, you will be sent a copy of this confirmation/receipt. If you are unable to locate this information, please contact Experient, the registration vendor, and ask them to resend this information to you. Make sure to verify the email address with customer service agent.

How can I get access to the show’s official Attendee List?
New for CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2017, Show Management will offer direct mail marketing access to the post-show Attendee Registration List to exhibitors through the official mailing services vendor, The Marek Group. Go to the Exhibitor Dashboard and enter your Exhibitor ID & Password. Select the icon called NEW – Lead Follow-Up, then once in the ordering system, go to the Search Icon and type in “Attendee List”, this will bring up the Postcard Mailer Selection to click on. Note: While you still are able to mail to the attendees of your choice, you will not have access to the physical list. If you need assistance, click on the support link at the bottom of the page.
