Already submitted your application?

For priority exhibitors that submitted their application/deposit by August 1, 2015, you will receive an email this fall with an appointment day/time to select your space online if you have 30 priority points or more. Appointments will be late September through December. For priority exhibitors with less than 30 points, your space will be assigned in Q1, 2016. Assignment information will be sent out when completed in Q1, 2016.

Interested in exhibiting in 2017?

Due to the overwhelming interest, indoor space applications are not being accepted at this time. We would be happy to place you on an interest list, and can contact you in Q1, 2016 if space is available. If you are interested in outdoor space, please contact us for an application. How is my priority number calculated?

Each company submitting an application by the August 1, 2015 deadline will have a priority number assigned which is based on years of consecutive membership in AEM, NRMCA, or NSSGA and the amount of exhibit space your company took in CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2014.

Beginning in the Fall 2015, companies with 30 or more priority points will receive an appointment to select their own exhibit space. Companies with a priority number of 29 or less will be assigned the next best available space by CONEXPO-CON/AGG Show Management.

The priority formula is: (Years of Membership in either AEM, NSSGA, or NRMCA x 10) + Space size from 2014/100 = Priority Number

Exhibitor Package Plan

Here’s why you should be one of the 2,400 companies that exhibits at the construction industry’s gathering place:

Included in your exhibit space cost:

  • Material Handling including:
    • Unloading and reloading of all crated shipments from all trucks.
    • Delivery of machinery and crates to exhibit stands from marshaling area(s) and pick up of same machinery and crates at the close of the Exhibition.
    • Removal of all cleating and blocking on inbound shipments, including materials where required.
    • Handling of inbound and outbound shipments of exhibit materials to the LVCC or any other exhibit areas used for the Exhibition.
    • Operators for self-propelled equipment and planking where required.
    • Spotting of exhibitor’s machinery or products for the initial installation only as the equipment is delivered to the exhibitor’s stand, and provided an exhibitor representative is present during the initial placement.
  • Exhibit crate removal, storage and return to exhibit stand at the close of the Exhibition.
  • General cleaning of all exhibits including the vacuuming or sweeping of carpet/floor, emptying of wastebaskets before the opening of each Exhibition day.
  • FREE Marketing Materials
  • FREE basic online directory listing
  • Access to additional data to help plan a successful experience before the show and on-site

Not included in your exhibit space cost:

  • Exhibitor registration badges (these must be purchased separately)
  • Furnishings or carpet

Beware of FAIR Guide Solicitation

Please be advised that the following organizations in Slovakia are not sponsored, endorsed or affiliated with CONEXPO-CON/AGG:

FAIR Guide (www.fairguide.com)
Construct Data Publishers a.s.

As an exhibitor, you will be listed in the official CONEXPO-CON/AGG Exposition Directory and on the Show’s website. It is not necessary to respond to, or contract with, FAIR Guide or Construct Data Publishers a.s. in order to be listed in our official Exposition Directory. These organizations may solicit you to BUY a 3 year commitment ($1,717 US per year) to have your company listed in FAIR Guide’s Exhibitors Directory. You are, of course, free to do so if you wish but be aware that your decision will not affect your company’s official exhibitor listing for CONEXPO-CON/AGG.

UPDATE: The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has stopped operation of the Slovakia-based Fair Guide/Construct Data Publishers. At the FTC’s request, a federal judge has issued a temporary restraining order and asset freeze on the company. AEM was active in the industry coalition of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) that pushed for FTC action on the issue. View the FTC report.

Show management reminds all exhibitors that there is no charge to be listed in the official CONEXPO-CON/AGG Exposition Directory (and on the Show’s website).
